When I go in for the second time on Friday to pick up my vehicle, I asked for some type of discount for my troubles (Dustin told me it was going to be done Thursday and was now the end of the business day Friday, I organized a ride that morning, got rid of my loaner car, called the shop multiple times, missed a morning meeting because I was counting on my car being done) After asking for some type of discount, I was laughed at. 6 hours after I had initially come in the day AFTER he had told me the vehicle would be finished. they finally call me at 2pm saying it is ready. They tell me to call back again in an hour, I do, and still not ready. I call back in 4 hours, and again, still not ready. Dustin told me it wasn't ready, and to call back in 4 hours. He told me over the phone my 4Runner would be done by Thursday, and I told him I would be in Friday to pick it up in which he said, "Okay it will be done Thursday." So I go in Friday morning (after hearing nothing from flag auto on Thursday) to pick it up. The customer service Dustin gave me was unacceptable.
